At HPad Shop, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Buyer's remorse

• Incorrect size or color selection (where applicable)

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if the error was ours, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
